History

By leveraging the resources of the previous Worldcolor and Quebecor logistics groups and bringing in the appropriate outside expertise, we created the current organization. Worldcolor Logistics (WCL) is the logistics arm of Worldcolor. First created as a distinct entity within Worldcolor, this organization has a long history of groundbreaking innovation in the distribution world. WCL has a history of industry firsts and best-in-class systems.

Some of WCL's early successes include the creation of QW Express, for effective management of the plants and customers expedited needs, which has since then evolved into a global freight forwarding provider. Perhaps the greatest achievement to date is the creation of an internal transportation management group. This group actually manages a base of thousands of asset-based carriers to maintain the highest level of service at the most competitive rates in the industry.
